Moon joins experienced leadership team to lead financial operations
McLean, VA, September 16, 2024 — Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC (Harmonia), a provider of innovative technology solutions to the U.S. Federal Government, today announced that Darla Moon has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this newly created role, Moon will oversee the Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, and Pricing Departments.

Using Agile and DevSecOps approaches, the company supports the modernization of government customers’ software and systems to enhance their use of AI/ML, cybersecurity, data, and cloud. Harmonia recently announced a strategic investment from Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC (MDP) to fuel ongoing growth into a $1 billion premier digital solutions provider for the federal government.

Moon brings over 25 years of distinguished financial leadership and operational expertise particularly in the area of mergers & acquisitions. She most recently served as CFO at Aretum LLC, where she spearheaded the successful consolidation of four subsidiary companies, seamlessly integrating disparate systems and practices within an accelerated timeframe. Moon has also directed the financial and business operations of companies including Patriot Group International (PGI), ManTech, and Northrop Grumman.
