Harmonia is pleased to announce that over the past month the organization has welcomed several new members to the leadership team. These individuals in newly created positions will help drive the company’s growth plans and further innovation goals. The new additions include:
- Kristin D’Amore, Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives — Kristin will lead strategic planning activities as well as coordinate and manage enterprise-wide projects and initiatives. Prior to Harmonia, Kristin successfully spearheaded efforts at various high-growth companies to enhance cross-organizational collaboration and maximize growth opportunities through the establishment of advanced processes and effective communications.
- Michael Lillie, Vice President of Operations — Michael will focus on aligning strategic direction, operational efficiency, and innovation to meet and exceed customer expectations. He brings distinguished leadership experience and a track record of managing matrixed teams delivering critical infrastructure modernization, cloud computing solutions, and cybersecurity enhancements in support of mission-critical Defense and National Security programs.
- Naga Nandivelugu, Vice President of Technology — Naga will lead the development of AI solutions and explore the application of other emerging technologies to further customers’ missions. Naga is recognized for delivering technical vision, driving innovation, and streamlining the journey from ideas to delivery. He is an expert in designing, developing, and deploying complex solutions into cloud environments, helping organizations advance their technology offerings.
