Martens joins leadership team to lead execution of the company’s go-to-market strategy
McLean, VA, November 18, 2025 — Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC (Harmonia), a provider of innovative technology solutions to the U.S. Federal Government, today announced that David Martens has joined in the company as Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to oversee growth operations, managing internal collaboration to execute on go-to-market strategy.

Martens will leverage his experience overseeing and growing $150M+ organizations. He most recently served as a Partner at Guidehouse in the Technology practice. Before that, he held senior leadership roles at Dovel Technologies and RNSolutions, where he led operations and growth for one of the largest business units while supporting multiple M&A transactions on both the buy and the sell side.
Anil Patibandla, who previously served as President and Chief Growth Officer, will now focus on his role as President. In this capacity, he will draw on his deep industry expertise and strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders to drive the company’s strategic growth opportunities. Patibandla will collaborate closely with Martens to ensure that new opportunities align with the company’s long-term vision and organizational strategy.
