Damon most recently served as the CEO at Dovel Technologies, leading the company through a period of exceptional growth to over 2,000 employees and $450M in revenue when it was acquired by Guidehouse in October 2021. Dovel received numerous industry awards and recognition under Damon’s leadership, including the Greater Washington GovCon Contractor of the Year in 2020, the Growth Company of the Year for companies over $250M in 2021, and Washington Post Top Workplace in 2021. Damon was also named an Ernst & Young LLP Entrepreneur of The Year® 2021 Mid-Atlantic Award winner. Damon serves on several industry boards and volunteers with American Corporate Partners to mentor veterans transitioning to the private sector.
Jai also serves on the Board of Directors for KDDL Ltd. in India, a publicly traded international precision manufacturing company. In addition, he is a strategic advisor to publicly traded Ethos Ltd., India’s top nationwide luxury retail chain. Jai is a member of the Rotary Foundation’s Arch C. Klumph Society. He and his wife, Pallabi, have instituted the Jai and Pallabi Saboo Scholarship at Virginia Tech and are members of Virginia Tech’s Ut Prosim Society. Jai also serves on the Board for the Donovan and Bank Foundation, a charitable organization focused on helping U.S. Special Forces personnel integrate back into society after their tour of duty.
Pallabi serves on several boards including the Fairfax Economic Development Authority Board, George Mason University Board of Trustees, The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) DC Board, Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce Strategic Leadership Board of Advisors, and Northern Virginia Technology Council’s executive circle. She has been widely honored for her business acumen, success, and commitment to community with numerous awards including being named among the region’s top 25 female CEOs, a top 100 Smart CEO, Technical Trailblazer Federal Contractor, most influential Federal 100 leaders, Asian Business Leader of the year, Top 10 Women Who Mean Business, and Virginia Businesswomen in Leadership.
Marc contributes to two ATARC working groups on AI. He was awarded the national Golden Bridge CTO of the Year and the Biz Silver Award for Technology Executive of the Year. Before co-founding and growing Harmonia, he was at Virginia Tech (tenured Associate Professor of Computer Science), IBM Research, the U.S. Army, and Stanford University (post-doc).
Crystal holds various industry certifications, including NCMA Certified Professional & Certified Federal Contracts Manager, and a Graduate-level Certification from the University of Virginia in Procurement & Contracts Management.
