Harmonia was founded in 2006 in Blacksburg, VA. Over the years we have developed the LiquidApps® suite of development tools. LiquidApps opens the door to user interface creation to the subject matter expert who is best able to develop the software, instead of relying only on programmers. Additional modules convert legacy code such as Ada to Java.
